As usual, Safaricom Facebook page has been an arena where customers present their complaints, jokes, make reports and serve their petitions.

 

This time, an angry customer demanding full use of his purchased bundles  landed on the page with a bang.

 

The customer identified as Owen Diem Fada questions why there exists slow network  when he purchases a 1 GB hour bundle.

 

He claims that the telecommunication company interrupts network connection leaving him with only ten minutes to enjoy using the bundles

 

“Safaricom mbona mkitupea 1GB bundles valid for one hour huwa mnapoteza network for 50 minutes?”
He further urged Safaricom to give stop giving out the bundles if they don’t want customers to use it
“Kama hamtaki tutumie si mkae tu bundles zenu buana,mimi kama chairman wa watu wa mawe nimesirika sana”
The company in response sent their apologies asking if he still has the bundles
“Hi, Owen. Do you currently have the bundles? Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.”
Safaricom customers flocked the comment section praising Owen for presenting the complaint on their behalf while urging the company to look into the matter.
