“I Didn’t Shoot Him” Cop Linked To Death Of Maseno University Student Claims

Police Constable Georgina Osoro, a cop being accused of killing a Maseno University student during Azimio anti-government demos claims her life is in danger.
The officer admits she has been getting both online and offline threats following the death of slain William Mayenga.
Speaking in a letter to the IG through her lawyer Danstan Omari, the officer claims she is maliciously being accused stating she was stationed in Kisumu town,35 KM away from the institution on that day.
“In a scathing prejudiced public attack, our client’s character has been immensely attacked, veiled and express threats to her life as well as those of her children which reports she has already made” the letter reads.
She further states that the accusation has limited her movement for fear of being harmed.
She therefore asks IPOA to investigate the matter and let the public know that it was impossible for her to be involved in Mayenga’s shooting.
Her pictures have been going round social media being accused of killing Mayenga.
