DP Gachagua Gives The Shortest Speech Ever
Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua today surprised many while sending his audience into a big laughter.
The DP who has been known as a man of many words today gave a 40 seconds long speech.
According to him, he will only have a lot of words to say when the country lacks peace and business is not going on as usual.
“Your Excellency when Kenya is peaceful and business is uninterrupted, I don’t have much to say,” he said as the audience bursted out in laughter.
The DP was speaking on Tuesday during the official opening ceremony of the social protection conference, 2023 at the Kenya School of Government in Lower Kabete.
