Raila Mourns Pwani University Students Killed In Road Accident
According to reports, the University bus had a break failure before a collision with the matatu.
The bus was reportedly ferrying about 30 people, among them students and teachers, to sports competitions in Eldoret for Kusa National Playoffs that were scheduled to be played from tomorrow March 31st to 2nd April, 2023 at the University of Eldoret when the accident occurred in the afternoon.
A number of injured persons have been taken to nearby hospitals for immediate medical attention as others.
Azimio leader Raila Odinga is among leaders who have sent their condolence messages to the family of departed souls and Pwani University as a whole.
“My prayers go to the Pwani University community and all those who lost colleagues, friends, and loved ones in the regrettable accident that involved a Pwani University bus and matatu on the Naivasha-Nakuru highway.” He wrote
