Teacher Divorces Wife For Pulling His Manhood
Male teacher, 26, has lawfully left his wife after facing several attempts of losing his weapon of mass distribution of reproductive missiles.
Innocent Simapanga a Zambian resident of Libuyu Township has told Livingston local Court A3 that his wife Chipo Hambarawa has been having the habit of assaulting him whenever they quarrel in their marriage.
The couple that got married in September, 19th 2018 despite having two children, the husband told the court that he hasn’t enjoyed marriage due to bullies coming from his wife.
“I fear I might lose my life if I continue with this marriage. She has made three attempts to cut shot my life but survived by mercy.
“In the latest incident, she pulled my manhood and tried to stab me with a knife” he told the court.
In his latest occasion, Innocent never reported to police in response to Livingston’s court enquiry wether he had reported the manhood pulling claiming; the police officers could laugh at him and also, feared for the lives of his children which Chipo threatened to end their lives.
Following the court hearing where Innocent had sought for security over his life, children and mainly separation, the court ruled in favour of him and divorced the two.
” With regard to court hearing and analysis, the suspect – Chipo is found guilty with an attempted murder, domestic violence, sexual assault, mental abuse and physical harm” Livingston court ruled on Friday.
The couple was divorced by the court and Chipo ordered not to be in close association with the children because of her inhumane heart which may lead to more brawls and physical harm to children.
