Kenyans To Pay More For Electricity
Kenyans are set to brace tougher times as EPRA announces new electricity prices effective 1st April, 2023.
The bill divided in three categories will see electricity users pay as follows:
Those using 30 units or less than that will pay Ksh.12 per unit from Ksh.10 which means an increase of Ksh. 2
For the second category using between 11 and 100 units will pay Ksh.15.80 per unit from the previous Ksh.10.
Charges for the third group consuming between 101-500 however remains the same at Ksh.15.80 per unit.
