Former Kiss FM Presenter Linda Nyangweso Discloses Being Bisexual

Former Kiss FM presenter Linda Nyangweso has today disclosed she’s bisexual meaning, one among the LGBTQ community.
The renowned media personality on her Instagram stories has said she’s attracted to both women and men though she’s married with one child.
“As a bisexual woman, I’ve never really had to ‘come out’ because I am married to a man but this isn’t the time to mince words. LGBTQIA rights are human rights. I’ll say that again. LGBTQIA rights are human rights. No, if ands or buts,” Linda posted.

This comes in a span of weeks when Kenyan parliament stormed with ant-LGBTQ motion after the Supreme Court passed a law allowing LGBTQ community to register as a non-governmental organization.
In parliament, lawmakers bashed at the supreme court claiming allowing LGBTQ community to register as an organization is going against African moral cultures and etiquette decorum.
This week, Ugandan parliament passed an anti- LGBTQ bill claiming African cultures only allow persons of opposite sex to marry and have sex but not persons of same sex.
On her Instagram page, Ms. Nyangweso further shared a picture of LGBTQ activists in Uganda championing for their rights which according to her, if it were not marriage, she couldn’t be excluded among those walking out in limelight to champion for her rights as a bisexual person.

“Seeing what is happening in Uganda should worry us here in Kenya. LGBTQIA rights are already so compromised and it is naive to think that one of the only hateful agendas that unite government and opposition won’t mean legislated hate here. No one should be forced back into or forced out of the closet . LGBTQIA rights are human rights ” Linda defended.
In Kenya, President William Ruto and his Deputy said as Africans brought up in an African environment, their upbringing can’t let them allow LGBTQ practiced in Kenya.
Ugandan president on the other hand once said, he would only allow LGBTQ in Uganda if two men will be closed in a room, have sex and give birth to a child.
However, in line with the recent anti-LGBTQ bill, any person found to be a member will be jailed for a period not less than 20 years.
On Thursday, the USA authority sent a strange message to Ugandan government telling Ugandan president Yoweri Museveni to recognize the rights of LGBTQ in his country but in response, Museveni’s son Muhoozi took to Twitter telling the US that LGBTQ community be allowed in Uganda.
