Soldier Arrested For Raping Four Year Old Girl

Police in Entebbe arrested Edward Musoke Kabwana, a soldier attached to the UPDF army for aggravated rape of a four year old minor.
According to the mother who prefers anonymity, she always sent the victim only identified as Hyrah to help her with some light chores when she had an encounter with Musoke who was their neighbor.
On this particular day, the distraught mother recalls sending her daughter to collect water from outside. She heard Musoke offering to help the victim out with the water.
“After some time, I got out and started calling my daughter but she was nowhere. I walked around the house but did not find her,’ she said.
Unknown to her, the predator had used this as a bait to lure Hyrah into his house and take advantage of her innocence.
The mother of the victim is currently in search of financial support to help take her daughter for proper treatment because she is oozing blood from her private area.
“He damaged her so much inside and she is currently in great pain and releasing a lot of blood.” She said.
According to the SFC spokesperson, Major Jimmy Omara, the officer in question is attached to three infantry battalion of the second infantry division under the land forces.
Kampala Metropolitan Deputy Spokesperson Luke Owoyesigirye confirmed the arrest of Edward Musoke Kabwana and he is currently in custody at Entebbe Police Station as investigations go on.
