“Applicants are encouraged to visit their convenient fingerprinting centers with their printed C24 copies, payment vouchers and original ID cards. After 3 pm, only those within the centre are served”
Those within the city are encouraged to seek the service at the Nearby Huduma Centers.
DCI says that once the certificate is generated, it will remain on the applicant’s e-citizen account for a period of 6 months after which it is pulled down.
