Stephen Letoo To Chair Men’s Conference 2023
After seeing uncountable mental sufferings Kenyan boychild go through, Kenya’s celebrated TV Journalist Stephen Letoo has called out for Men’s Conference on 14th, February 2023 at Carnivore Grounds in Nairobi.
Passing the information to Kenyans on social media, the self proclaimed President of Polygamy has said among the topics to be discussed are; mental health among men, stress management, family law, financial management, drugs /substance abuse and women/wives empowerment.
The Royal Media Services senior Political Affairs Journalist has taken the mantle from the late businessman and polygamist Jackson Kibor who used to act as the head of men’s conference.
Recently, Mr Letoo engaged in an ideological indifferences with Reverend Tony Kiamah who claimed polygamy is a curse and the source of sufferings in the society.
In reply to Rev. Kiamah’s sentiments, Letoo took to social media and told the clergy to retract his sentiments and apologize to polygamists.
Further, Letoo said most contemporary clergies claim to promote monogamy yet they prey on their church members.
He also recounted of a church he attended in South C where most children resembled the pastor.
Having been raised from a polygamy family, Letoo says polygamy is good with regard to a man’s leadership stand like his late father.
To him, polygamy is about every woman having a husband and not men having many wives.
In preparation to Men’s Conference 2023, Letoo has disclosed Homeboyz Kenya as the sponsors of the event.
“We now have our official sponsors on board. We welcome Homeboyz Kenya to this journey of Creating Better Men” says Stephen Letoo.
Further, there are T-shirts and caps meant to grace the Men’s Conference 2023 where attendees are now entitled to book either a black or red t-shirt and caps.
Letoo further says, solutions aiming at involving boys and men, aims at promoting the growth of girls and women.
“Any solution involving boys & men should aim to improve the life of girls & women, & it should be inclusive of diversity among men in terms of culture, religion, social standing sexual orientation, gender identity, & masculinity” he say.
