“Tafuta Rika Yako”: Apostle Ng’ang’a Responds To MP Kaluma’s Assault Remarks

Apostle Ng'ang'a says MP Kaluma's wish to see him arrested won't happen/ courtesy.

Apostle James Maina Ng’ang’a of Neno Evangelism Centre has clapped back at Homa Bay Town MP Peter Kaluma over physical assault remarks.

In the previous undated clip, the preacher was filmed slapping a member of the congregation after he found him dozing off during his sermon.

Apostle Ng’ang’a’s initiative to slap his churchgoer attracted criticisms from the public, led by MP Peter Kaluma and the Atheists in Kenya Society, who called on the government to close Neno Evangelism Centre.

Apostle James Maina Ng’ang’a must be arrested, prosecuted, and jailed before worse happens at Neno Evangelism. Whoever knows the guy he assaulted in the video or any of the worshippers he has ever assaulted should report to the nearest Police Station or contact me immediately for urgent action. The Registrar of Societies should deregister this “church” with immediate effect.” MP Kaluma said.

Apostle Ng’ang’a rubbished MP Kaluma’s arrest remarks and told him to mind his business. He added that the clip that Kaluma used to criticise him came from TikTok users, people who are allegedly known for unwanted criticisms.

Nimesikia atakuja kunishika, oooh, tafuta rika yako wale mlitahiri nao. Mimi? Hiyo iliisha. Na ukitaja tena, I swear before God utaona kile nitakutupia. Utaona kwako, kwa mke wako na watoto wako. Don’t try me. Mind your business.

“Mimi huwa hamnioni bunge and there’s no complainants. Kama kuna mtu ame-complain, Police kuja. Lakini kuchukua vitu vya TikTok, watu wa TikTok mashetani tupu, aaash…Sasa kama sikutishwa na ya bunduki nitatishwaje na hii? Ya bunduki unawekwa hapo na risasi imejaa ndani, unaambiwa na judge kesi hii huwezi kujibu hukumu yake ni kifo…achana na mimi.” Apostle stated.

He said rather than focusing on his wrongdoings, the public should also recognise the good deeds he does for people.
