Weezdom Reveals Why He Resigned As Bahati’s Official Manager
Weezdom said alcohol made him resign as Bahati's official manager/ courtesy.
Weezdom, Kenya’s gospel artiste, shared his struggle with alcohol and how it made him miss out on precious opportunities.
Speaking to Jeff Koinange and Patrick Igunza, the artiste revealed that he lost good and kind clients after a pay due to alcohol.
Weezdom said when Bahati made him his official manager in June 2020, there were some money-making opportunities he failed to attend due to alcohol. He explained that he used to wake up early in the morning to drink, get drunk and forget his work.

“I quit my job as Bahati’s official manager because of alcohol after he had introduced me to the public. I used to drink a lot and fail to do my job, even failing to show up for important things. So, after he advised me to stop taking alcohol and change friends, I decided to resign.” Weezdom revealed.
The singer also said Willy M Tuva had given him a platform on Radio Citizen’s Mseto Show called Mseto 411, but he misused the opportunity.
“I was the host for Mseto 411 with Willy M Tuva, but I could skip radio since I woke up at 7 am, and I had taken alcohol.” He added.

The father of five recounted that after the loss of the precious opportunities, he fell into debt, heavy drinking and his house and assets were auctioned.
“Vile job iliisha, stress zilianzia hapo. People I owed money to were looking for me, and it even reached a time when my house was auctioned. They picked everything, even my shoes and clothes, and I was still drinking. “ He recounted.
However, his addiction taught him a lesson: “Wakati unaharibu biashara yoyote hata iwe duka au whatever na kuwakosea wateja, in no time, kitalipuka na utajipata huna wateja na ushaharibu job.” He highlighted.
