Mary Biketi revealed how she met her husband, Cabinet Secretary Wycliffe Oparanya. The entrepreneur revealed in an exclusive interview on Radio Jambo that she met the CS at Wilson Airport.
Mary shared that when she saw Oparanya for the first time, especially when he sat beside her in the plane on her way to Kisumu, she never imagined they could have a one-on-one conversation.
The charming woman explained that after a conversation, things aligned and they became lovers. However, she clarified that it took her time to date him.

“Tulikutana Wilson Airport nikielekea Kisumu, and we happened to share a flight. I didn’t know him. I saw him getting in and was like, oh, my God! When the plane was about to leave, he came and sat on the seat beside me, and the rest is history.” Mary shared.
She also revealed that although society judges women, her husband is loving and responsible. He supports her business, and she doesn’t depend on him for everything.
“People think without him, I don’t have a life, but they should know that I have my business with what I do, and I pay my bills. Yes, he finances the business, but as much as he’s there, I also have my business.” She added.

Mary Biketi and CS Oparanya were discovered to be lovers in 2024. Mary revealed she was hurt after the person she knew leaked the photos.
However, Oparanya addressed the matter, asked for decorum from social media users and clarified that Mary was his wife.
