Khaligraph Jones Calls Out Kenyan Celebrities For Lack of Support

Renowned Kenyan rapper Khaligraph Jones has expressed his disappointment over the lack of support from local celebrities when he releases new music projects.
Khaligraph stated that he often promotes his projects single-handedly without much backing from fellow industry players.
Taking to Instagram, the award-winning artist, known for his lyrical prowess and consistency, called out Kenyan celebrities for failing to support his projects.

“Me hupush project zangu one man, sionangi ma celeb wakiniekea kwa stories for support but good thing is Khali Cartel has crossed over Africa and it’s the number one project in Kenya right now,” he said.
Despite the apparent lack of support, the rapper remains optimistic, celebrating the success of Khali Cartel 5, his latest song featuring some of the best rap talent in East Africa.
A few days ago, Khaligraph criticized Kenyans for assuming that a successful artist must be involved in shady businesses like money laundering or hidden hustles, emphasizing that his success comes purely from music.

“In Kenya, there’s always skepticism when an artist becomes successful. People assume there’s something else going on, like money laundering or some hidden hustle. But anyone who knows me understands that my entire success has come purely from music,” he noted.
