Mike Sonko Shares Adorable Moments With His Adopted Son, Netizens Praise Him
Former Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko has earned praises from Kenyans after sharing adorable moments with his recently adopted son, Baby James.
Sonko offered to adopt the little boy following the tragic stabbing of his father. James’ father was attacked by thugs while escorting him to school in Mathare Area 4, Nairobi.
Taking to his X account, the former Governor shared a captivating video with Baby James as they enjoyed a sumptuous breakfast together. He encouraged the boy to eat while promising to support him to overcome the trauma.

“The Devil is a liar. The healing journey of baby James has started. Please put him in your thoughts and prayers as we continue in this journey together,” he captioned.
In the video, the two were seen bonding over cartoons marking a new chapter in their lives. He also tended to James’ ankle wound delighting fans.
Sonko also shared that he had arranged professional therapy to help James rebuild his life, attaching receipts from a hospital as proof.
