Zuchu: I’m The Most Paid Female Artiste in Tanzania
Zuhura Othman, popularly known as Zuchu has denied the rumours of being the richest female artiste in Tanzania. The songbird has said the rumours are fake.
I’m an interview with Wasafi FM, Zuchu explained that in Tanzania, other female artists made a name before her and are still in the entertainment industry.
The Sukari crooner said those might have amassed a lot of wealth in the Tanzania music industry compared to her. The singer revealed she’s an amateur but believes in herself that an era might perhaps come when she’d be counted among the wealthiest female artists in Tanzania.

“You’re highly regarded as the richest female artiste in Tanzania. Could you please clarify the reports?” The radio presenter posed as he praised the songbird.
“Kwa utajiri sijui kwa sababu tangia nianze hii tasnia, huu ni mwaka wangu wa tatu au wanne na kunao walionitangulia. Binafsi, sijawahi kuingia kwenye mifuko yao kudhibitisha,” The singer stated.
“Ninaweza nikasema I am the most most paid female artiste…inawezekana nikawa ndimi msanii wa kike ninayelipwa vizuri lakini kwa utajiri sijui. Siwezi nikadhibitisha,” she explained.

However, the WCB- Wasafi artiste revealed that she had ventured into several businesses, including Vehicle Marketing alongside her music career, which doubles as a profession.
Zuchu also denied chasing clout after she announced a breakup with her boyfriend Diamond Platnumz. The singer explained that she was burdened by several relationship matters and acted out of emotions to break with Platnumz.
“Kuachana na Simba haikuwa kiki. Nilikuwa ninapitia mazito.” She clarified.
