Vlogger Andrew Kibe Vows To Sue YouTube For Wrongful Termination Of His Channel

Kibe has said that he's looking for a potential lawyer to help him sue YouTube after it wrongfully terminated his precious channel that used to be his source of earning a living.

In November 2023, YouTube terminated Kibe's YouTube channel which had over half a million subscribers, 159M viewers and over 3,000 uploaded videos/ collage.


Vlogger Andrew Kibe has announced his plan to sue YouTube after it terminated his channel with over 500, 000 subscribers in November 2023.

Kibe has said that he’s looking for a potential lawyer to help him sue YouTube after it wrongfully terminated his precious channel that used to be his source of earning a living.

In the statement, the former Kiss FM journalist stated that his channel had over 3000 videos he had uploaded and would be relieved if he reposses it.

“I am looking for a lawyer with big balls we sue @YouTube for wrongful termination of my channel and losing access to over 3000 of my videos. After watching the proceedings nonstop I have learnt the lingo to argue my case in court,” Kibe stated.

In November 2023, YouTube terminated Kibe’s YouTube channel which had over half a million subscribers, 159M viewers and over 3,000 uploaded videos.

Upon its termination, he said the channel was terminated after he violated YouTube community rules and guidelines. However, he said he had not violated any policy and that YouTube was after his progress in the content creation journey.

After he lost the channel, he created a version of YouTube called Yafreeka. Yafreeka, the Vlogger stated that the policies and community guidelines are good and one can’t be restricted from sharing the content he or she wishes.

However, he has yet to get more subscribers on his Yafreeka channel as most Africans aren’t aware of how it works or functions.
