“Wa Kukatika Kiuno Si Yeye”: Pastor Ezekiel Urges Rose Muhando To Sing, Dance Like Before
Pastor Ezekiel Odero of New Life Prayer Church has called out legendary gospel singer Rose Muhando for backsliding in her true music calling.
In his recent sermon that surfaced online, Pastor Ezekiel said Rose Muhando got lost the moment she started collaborating with indecently dressed artists in the music industry.
The televangelist added that Muhando no longer sings the real and true educative songs society used to love.

“Yupo wapi Rose Muhando wa nyimbo nzuri kama ‘Yesu Nipe Uvumilivu, Nimekukimbilia Bwana?’ Achana na ‘Nibebe’. Hiyo iliwabeba,” he posed.
According to Pastor Ezekiel, she sings about relationship topics such as Nibebe, Utamu, and chuki amongst other themes that are not connected to true worship.
“Rose Muhando hakuwa mtu wa kuimba eti `wanaonichukia.’ Alikuwa Bishop wa gospel music. ..hizo collabo na vijana wamevaa ma-bling bling si zake,” he stated.

“Kando na hilo, hizi za leo za kukatika kiuno si Rose Muhando. Mtu akimfikia amwambie arudi kwa madhababu yake,” Pastor Ezekiel added.
Years ago, Rose Muhando was the queen of gospel across East Africa. However, things changed when she fell sick in 2029 and was prayed for by vocal televangelist Apostle James Maina Ng’ang’a.
In 2024, singer Ali Mukhwana accused her of theft. Mukhwana said she was invited to a church crusade in Bungoma and failed to show up. He claimed Muhando ate fare and some deposit.
