“Hatutaki Comedy Kenya maanake there’s nothing to laugh about. Hatutaki kucheka, hatutaki kuchekeshwa, tuna huzuni, tuna misiba, maisha yetu magumu, mafuriko ndio hayo, UNGA ndio hiyo, stima ndio hiyo mafuta ndio hiyo, karo ndio hiyo, Kodi ndio hiyo. We don’t see, or have anything to smile about. We don’t want to laugh, we don’t want to smile, we are in a situation of mourning.”

“We are mourning about our lives, how sad it is to be a kenyan. Because the government has forgotten it’s people, and the people are on their own. Watu wako peke yao, wamesahaulika na serikali.”

“Wakenya wanajisaidia, wanajiinua bila serikali. Wakenya wako upande huu, serikali upande huu mwingine. Sasa hatutaki Comedy tena,” said Eric Omondi.
