“Stupid Views”: Arbantone Fans Claps Back At Habida For Criticizing Their Music Genre
Arbantone fans have now come out to demand for an apology from singer Habida after a statement she made about Kenyan artists and the music at large.
During a live show at Blackhotfire Radio, the presenter took on air to demand for an official apology on behalf of fans and the artists giving conditions on how it should be done.
“As Kenyans and fans of arbantone music, we demand an apology from Habida officially on her social media and we demand that she pin at the top of her all her social media handles. You apologize to Kenyans and Arbantone artists and tell them that you were wrong and that you shall reconsider stupid views,” said the presenter.

In an interview, Habida stated that Arbantone artists do other people’s songs and focus on doing their own version of the song. She admitted to not knowing any artist but still insisted to their songs not being original.
“Arbantone artists have not produced hits, they have just produced remixes of hit songs. They are controlling the web but they are not getting shows. To get a show do an original song,” Habida stated.
Her statement has created a buzz on the internet many noting that she should not have made remarks on something she has no knowledge about and instead support upcoming Kenyan artists.
