“My Heart Is 6 Feet Under”: Nazizi Remembers Late Son, Brother Firoz On Her Birthday
Legendary singer Nazizi has shared a heart touching message to her late son Jazeel and brother Firoz. She was celebrating her birthday when she remembered the 2 most notable people in her life who have passed away.
Nazizi lost her 3 year old son Jazeel Adam on December 25, 2023 at a hotel in Tanzania during a family vacation while her brother Firoz died in December 16, 2006 through a road accident at the age of 23 years.Through a post she shared on her Instagram page, she expressed her pain of living without the 2 special people in her life months and years later. She said that it was the most painful birthday she has to experience.

“What a bloody painful birthday without my baby. The comfort is supposed to be in knowing that even though the people I love the most are not with me today , they are together and that Firoz is taking care of @jazeeladam for me … just imagine that being the comfort .
Life stopped making sense to me. @talliaoyando, thanks for this portrait it’s one of the things I got while grieving that really touched my heart. Even though Firoz and Jaz are literally buried side by side, I couldn’t picture them together till u gave me this gift…My heart is 6 feet under,” she wrote.

Nazizi was gifted the black and white portrait of Jaz and Firoz by her friend Talia, that moved her to pen down the message.
