Digital content creator Baba Talisha has said he never bought the new iPhone using Brian Chira’s burial contribution.
Speaking to TikTokers and the general public in Kiambu during the candle-lighting ceremony for the late Brian Chira, Baba Talisha said a good Samaritan gifted him the new phone.
Baba Talisha alleged the social media rumours that he bought the new iPhone using Chira’s burial contribution were false.

According to him, he was gifted the new phone worth Ksh 275, ooo by a good samaritan following his kindness and what he had done on social media in the life of the late Chira.
“Sikutumia even one Bob kununua simu. Niliambiwa enda duka uchukue phone unataka. Ni worth Ksh 275,000. Sijakula pesa ya matanga na sitakula.” He said.
Besides that, he said each shilling contributed towards Chira’s burial ceremony will be used effectively and courtesy of TikTokers and the public, they will also choose to build a house or a piece of land for Chira’s grandmother.

“Pesa zote zitafanya shughuli inayofaa kwa matanga ya Chira. Zile zitabaki, Kuna life after burial ya Chira. Ni hizi pesa tu zitamsaidia nyanya pia. Tumjengee nyumba au tumnunulie mahali na tumjengee.” He added.
According to Baba Talisha, life after Chira’s burial will be different for the grandfather but if she gets a new home, her life will brighten with joy than before.
Further, he said a well-wisher promised to educate Chira’s two cousins, which would reduce the burden of school fees for the grandmother.
Chira will be buried on Wednesday in Kiambu at his grandmother’s premises.
