Mike Sonko shared his thoughts after hearing about the sad incident where two brothers took their own lives because their father left all his property to their stepmother. Sonko explained that getting inheritance is like getting a special gift, not something people automatically get.
He wrote, “this is a calling, which should serve as a lesson to everybody that inheritance is not a right but a privilege. Children above 18 yrs should look for their own properties. No wonder God forbid I wrote will and whatever is in my wife’s name is hers coz of the difficult journey we’ve been travelling together.”
He also advised those who have extra marital affairs to be vigilant and ensure that they give a share to their partners.
