Ng’ag’a firmly asserts that the disputed piece of land rightfully belongs to him. He maintains that he obtained ownership of the property through a legitimate purchase when the government listed it for sale in 2004. However, he accuses the government of attempting to take the land away from him unfairly.

In his recent statements, Ng’ang’a, also known as ‘Commander,’ emphasizes his refusal to part with the land without substantial compensation.

He insists on the significant sum of Ksh.200 billion as a condition for relinquishing control of the property where the Neno Evangelism Centre stands.
