Amber Ray, a Kenyan socialite responded to the public surprised by how much she spends monthly and the house rent she pays given that she’s married to a business mogul.
Speaking to Trudy Kitui, Amber Ray said that the Ksh 1.5M she spends monthly is small and that people shouldn’t be surprised or shocked by it.
The socialite further alleged she lives in a rental house worth Ksh 350,000 per month because her mansion was still underway.

“Kwani hawa watu wanatumia, how much hapa nje per month? Hiyo ni pesa mingi? Na vile naona hiyo si pesa? Hiyo ni pesa kidogo sana kwangu” Amber Ray posed during the interview.
Amber Ray added that she always sees Ksh 1.5M spent per month as a small amount of money and that she was set to spend more than Ksh 10M per month.
According to her, if her current personal expenditure minus rent shocked netizens to the extent of wondering whether she pays rent, if she’ll start to spend more, they’d be more shocked.

“Naona ni spent millions like Ksh 10, Ksh 15M. Nikifika hapo mtaniachia mtandao.” She added.
The socialite also revealed that she’s always not aware of what happens on social media because she’s always engaged in her businesses rather than staying online or watching the news.
Being a mother, parenting also limits her from being on social media and many will have nothing to talk about if she opts to flaunt her lavish lifestyle.

However, she disclosed that her mansion is underway and that soon it will be completed, she’ll occupy it and perhaps stop living in a rental house.
“Nyumba, like I said, tunajenga is the house of our dreams, but sa hizi hatujafikia hapo na hatuwezi jikazia na life ndio maana tunakaa hiyo maisha yenye tunataka.” Amber Ray added.
