The real reason behind singer Willy Paul’s arrest has finally been revealed.
Mideyah Digital has exclusively learnt that the Vigelegele hitmaker was arrested on cyberbullying charges.
Information reaching this publication intimate that the musician was arrested for talking ill about Bahati’s wife Diana Marua on social media.
Speaking to members of the online media just minutes after Pozee’s arrest, Diana’s lawyer disclosed that her client had moved to court seeking the arrest of the musician for dragging her name in the mud.

According to Diana’s legal representative, her client initiated the legal suit in 2021, only that the prosecution side was investigating the matter.
It should be noted that the singer in 2021 claimed he had slept with Diana Marua several times before she settled down with Bahati.
This, the mother of three vehemently denied through a viral video in which she shot down Pozee’s allegations.
Diana threatened to sue but never disclosed further information on the same, leading people including the accused to believe the issue had died just like that.
The lawyer revealed that Pozee was arrested after The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions gave the green light following the completion of the investigation into the matter.

The real reason behind the artist’s arrest was made public just hours after his dramatic arrest at his Syokimau home.
As earlier reported by Mideyah Digital, the star took to his social media pages to plead with all media houses to send reporters to his home, where police officers had pitched a tent in a bid to arrest him.
According to his post, the officers were after him for an alleged hit-and-run case.
In a show of solidarity, various media entities including Mideyah Digital sent reporters to Willy Paul’s home where they covered every detail of his arrest.
Initially, netizens suspected the arrest had everything to do with Diana Marua but no confirmation on the same had been given.

In a surprising turn of events, Bahati, who is Pozee’s all-time nemesis showed up at the Banana Police Station where he had been locked up just minutes after his arrest.
Bahati’s visit to the station, coupled with the revelation from Diana’s lawyer gave Kenyans all the answers they had been looking for.
