Wajesus Family Sues Edgar Obare For Posting Daughter’s Photo Online
The Wajesus Family has dragged blogger Edgar Obare to court for sharing a sensitive photo showing the face of their daughter on social media.
Mideyah Digital understands the couple recently shared a photo of themselves with their children, through which Kenyans got the chance to have a glimpse of their rarely-seen daughter.
It should be noted the couple had always been posting family photos with the daughter included but they usually blurred her face to conceal her identity.

“The Wajesus served me their demands about a post we made about their daughter’s face reveal. #wajesus
I don’t understand why they are this upset, talking about privacy when they posted themselves to their own YouTube channel.
Anyway, I am not malicious and personally don’t want to fight this, I apologize on behalf of BNN to Milly and Kabi Wajesus for sharing that image, we have deleted the post. We have always stood by not posting minors on our platforms and we will always honor it.
Regards
Edgar Obare” Obare wrote.
This is not the first time the BNN admin and the Wajesus Family are locking horns.
The two parties have always been friction both online and offline especially after the blogger broke news of the existence of Kabi Wa Jesus’ daughter whom he sired with his cousin.
