2. Take Him Out For A Nature Walk: Some problems men go through are a result of pressure brought about by the busy working environment they work in. This may leave them tired or confused. As a result, nature walks may provide a sense of calmness in him.

3. Plan A Relaxing Activity Together: You may decide to have a movie session together, go to the gym if he loves it or you may decide to rewatch the games and sports he loves together. Some things men go through need small but worthy things like this. Just sweet or good vibes together.

4. Ensure He Has Deep Sleep: If he comes home upset and not in a position to talk, get him water to have a bath, and food and let him sleep. Sometimes, sleep is the remedy towards some mental hurdles. A good sleep makes him ease pressure and also wakes up fresh to work on his hurdles.
