A Kenyan content creator has taken to social media to show the world how real friends should treat each other on their special days.
YouTuber Lyndah Ashlie Kebati known to many as Thee Lovechild, on Monday, January 29, proved to everyone that the infamous Kenyan ”Njaanuary Fever” only affects a fraction of her countrymen.
Despite the hard January economy and the rising cost of living, the bubbly content creator went all out to put a smile on her friend’s face as she turned a year older.

A Friend In Deed
Thee Lovechild expressed her love, care and affection to her friend on her birthday by gifting her a bouquet of ”special flowers”.
Well, in a video sighted by Mideyah Digital on the former’s Instagram page, the lass was captured on camera making the flower bouquet using KSh 1,000 notes.
She disclosed to her fans and followers that it took her a lot of effort, to assemble the special money bouquet but the process was worth it.
The creative, through a caption accompanying the video, revealed that she used KSh 100,000 to complete the bouquet.
“Not gonna lie I cried multiple times making this because of frustration while making this bouquet, considering I didn’t even know what I was doing, watched a couple of tutorials. To be honest it turned out great for beginner level. I am so happy my bestie @scofieldregina loved it.

Birthday Girl Excited
Her friend who goes by Scofield Regina (The birthday girl) was touched by the selfless gesture.
She could not hold back her emotions going by her comment on Thee Lovechild’s video post.
“I love you so much n I’m glad you are in my life every day you treat me like no man has ever done yes I will marry you 😂😂,” wrote the birthday girl.
The video went viral on the interwebs, sparking mixed reactions among Kenyans while at it.
A section of Kenyans on social media could not help but express their shock at the gesture.
Many wondered if they were living in the same country as the big-hearted giver.
Quite a number of netizens lauded the content creator and urged other Kenyans to emulate her deed and do the same to their friends.
