Sitachanga! Why Jaguar Vows Never to Help Artists

Kenyan Musician and Politician Charles Kanyi Njagua alias Jaguar has given a condition under which he will help artists and any other celebrity who needs help. According to Jaguar, he has helped so many people without posting but unfortunately, some were seemingly not ready to change.
He now makes it clear he will not waste his energy and resources in helping unwilling individuals moving forward. Unknown to many, he explains helping Conjestina Achieng’ who went back to her ways a sign that she was not ready to get the accorded help. He further reveals helping Alpha Mwana Mtule’s wife when she was undergoing an alleged domestic violence case in her marriage. She would later inform him she has decided to get back with her husband.
“Aliniambia nimtumie fare aende kwao. After siku mbili ananiambia naona nikae na Alpha sasa huyo ni mtu huwezi saidia,”Jaguar states

Jaguar therefore categorically states that for him to help an individual, they must show some will to receive the help and change. He says so addressing artists while giving example of Magix Enga and Boondocks gang who have been at a point of need.
He notes the level of ego within mosts Kenyan artists ranging from their needs when being signed to not wanting to greet him when okay only to turn to him when they are in ‘miserable’ situations. He therefore urges artists to plan themselves well to move forward and stop being cry babies.
“Most artists expect that once signed, they are provided with everything by the label from a house, a car, clothings and everything…These artists will call you when they are caught but when they are number one, they don’t even want to greet me. If you don’t plan yourself, don’t tell us to fundraise for you because personally I’ll not contribute”

Jaguar has been on the forefront urging artists to invest well so as to lead a good life.
“Wasanii wengi wako 19, 20 na tunataka wainvest kwanza maanake familia ina mahitaji mengi sana, kwa hivyo, ile pesa kidogo wanapata wainvest alafu wapate watu wa ukweli wanaowapenda,”he once advised young artists in 2022
