“Wake Up And Work”: Zari Hassan Sends Message To Those Begging In Her DM

South Africa based Ugandan Entrepreneur Zari Hassan alias Zari The Bosslady has come out to offer her candid piece of mind to netizens across the globe who flock celebrity DMs begging for help. While addressing those who have been in her DM asking for money, Zari declares to them that should not be happening in the 21st Century.
According to her, a fully grown man or woman should not be into begging but think of something that can help them make them earn a living. She goes ahead to bash those who would use unemployment rate as an excuse to their action. Zari explains to such people the importance of starting small with the overlooked jobs and later advancing to the ‘big’ and highly admired careers.
She gives an instance of a friend of hers who started as a cleaner and later became an admin in the same Organization. Zari therefore tells netizens not choose jobs but use the small opportunities to network with people who come to their work premises to move to their desired posts.

Disturbed Zari also laments the aggressive nature of DM beggars who go as far as releasing threats and cursy words when their needs are not met.
“Today I want to talk about people who are always in the DM. A whole grown a** man or woman in a DM begging? Oooh, I need you to help me…I need food, rent, money e.t.c- Let’s say you are helped with rent and food today. What’s gonna happen tomorrow or next month when you need rent again? Again nowadays people don’t ask nicely, people demand and get so aggressive about it. Like Ooh, If you don’t wanna do this to me God will… Wait, God will what? When God decided to bless other people he did not wake up to consult you. You are making your problems our problem. The reality is people need to work. We are in the 21st Century”
“I did not sit down and wait for some Sugar Daddy to come save my a**. You are sitting at home with data in my DM telling me how God will curse me. How? Did he consult you to bless me? I refuse! I rebuke all of you. Go find jobs it is the 21st Century,”Zari stated

Her remarks come after several renowned celebrities declared they will not help those flooding DMs since most are just cons. One of such is Mbaruk Mwalimu who made an official announcement on his page on 16th July,2023 to address those in his DM.
“Many people ask for financial help for school fees or basic necessities like food and shelter. Some also seek job openings. While I try to help, I’ve encountered cases where requests are not genuine wengine Mikora tupu,”Mbaruk wrote
