Legendary Kenyan songstress Nyota Ndogo is counting her blessings after clocking a year older.
Mideyah Digital has learnt that the Watu Na Viatu hitmaker turned 43 on Wednesday, January 3.
Excited, thankful, and elated Nyota Ndogo took to social media to thank God for blessing her with the gift of life as she celebrated her birthday.

In a short but dotting post sighted by this writer, Nyota Ndogo thanked God for blessing her with over four decades on earth.
The musician, through her caption, noted that he does not take God’s protection and care for granted since not everyone gets to even hit the fourth floor.
“Happy birthday to me.today am 43.ahsante MUNGU kwa umri huu maana wengi hawajabahatika kufikisha.” Nyota Ndogo wrote.
Nyota Ndogo’s birthday celebration did not end at that.
She sent out a subsequent post thanking her fans for always digging her and her music for over 20 years.

Nyota Ndogo shared several photos of herself thrilling her fans at a recent New Year Jumpoff event and appreciated her day ones for always loving, respecting, and supporting her since she was only 18.
“Happy birthday nyota ndogo. MUNGU akupe umri na tamanio la moyo wako. Wow wakenya walinijua nikiwa na 18 years now I am 43 na bado wananipenda na nawapenda pia. Shukran nyote mulionitakia kheri ya kuzaliwa.” The musician wrote on Facebook.
Nyota Ndogo is one of the most respected musicians in Kenya who has been receiving massive love from fans thanks to her controversy-free life.
