VIDEO | LGBTQ Activist Brutally Stabbed And Sliced To Near Death
A Ugandan LGBTQ rights activist is fighting for his life in hospital after he was brutally stabbed and sliced this morning by unknown assailants.
Steven Kabuye, an openly gay man who sometimes lives in Kenya shared a video on his Twitter/ X account today morning at 8 AM talking about the attack.
In the 15-second video, Kabuye is seen recording himself lying down, crying while showing off a deep cut covering his entire right arm. He also had a white knife still stuck in his abdomen.
“Please help me. These men have stabbed me. I’m dying,” Kabuye continued to lament in the short video recorded In Luganda dialect.

Kabuye is currently undergoing emergency medical procedures at Namulundu Medical Centre in Bwebajja and doctors are working tirelessly to save his life.
The Ugandan parliament passed the Anti-Homosexuality Bill last year and It imposes tough penalties on homosexuals.
