Arsenal, Manchester City, Other Teams In Champions League Round 16
After 5th round of group stage matches, 12 clubs have booked their places in the Champions league round of 16.
In Group A, Bayern Munich are the only club to have booked their spot in the knockout stage with Manchester United, Galatasaray and FC Cophenhagen depending on last fixture results of Group A to know their fate while in group B, the Gunners have already secured the spot in knockout stage together with Netherlands’ side PSV Eindhoven.
In Group C, the 14 times Champions League champions Real Madrid have qualified to the round of 16 while last season’s Seria A champions, Napoli needs only one point in the final fixture to advance. In group D, Spanish side Real Sociedad and last season’s Champions league Finalists Inter Milan have secured a place in the knockout stage.

In Group E, Atletico Madrid and Italian side Lazio have booked their spots in the round of 16 while in Group F which was termed as the ‘Group of death’ the Bundesliga heavyweights Borussia Dortmund have secured a place in round of 16 while PSG, Newcastle United and AC Milan set to fight for the second place in the final fixture of Group F.
The last season’s treble winners and the defending champions Manchester City have already secured a spot in the round of 16 together with Bundesliga side RB Leipzig in Group G.

Lastly in Group H, Last season’s La Liga Champions Barcelona have already secured place in the round of 16 with FC Porto and Shakhtar Donetsk go head to head in the final fixture of Group H to grab the knock out stage ticket.
Only four spots out 16 are left in the round of 16 to be determined in the final fixtures of this year’s group stage Champions league.
