Woman Sues A 5 – Star Hotel For Serving Her Semen Contaminated Water
A couple has sued a 5- star hotel for being served semen contaminated water by staff employee.
The California couple Jane Doe and John Doe had gone for a four- night stay in Ritz Carlton Hotel in Half Moon Bay when the bizarre scene occured.
When having a sleep, Jane felt thirsty and requested for water where several bottles of water were brought to her.
According to court statement, after Jane tasting the water from one bottle, her tongue sensed some weird taste making her wake the husband.
“She opened it, took a drink, and knew immediately that something was wrong with the liquid she had just swallowed” reads part of Jane Doe’s lawyers’ statement.
The husband John Doe upon his examination of the doubted bottled water; him and wife called out the police and reported the matter.

The alleged “semen contaminated water” was then taken to a laboratory for tests to examine the trueness behind the accusations.
“Jane Doe was mortified, terrified, embarrassed, and humiliated, but shared her suspicion with her husband, who then asked the hotel security and management representatives to call the police,” Jane Doe’s lawyers quoted in their filed lawsuit.
Laboratory tests according to California court, proved the allegations of the couple true after the hotel taking the sample for tests.
“The Ritz-Carlton subsequently sent the water bottle to a laboratory for analysis, and the testing confirmed that the water contained semen,” court documents revealed.

The lawsuit filed on October 12, Jane said her encounter with semen contaminated water left her nervous, shocked, humiliated and embarrassed.
Now, the couple has accused the hotel of negligence, intentional infliction of fear and emotional stress amongst others.
