“One Child Is Not Too Much”: Rachel Ruto Urges Kenyans To Adopt Children
First Lady Rachel Ruto has urged and encouraged Kenyans to open up their homes and adopt children.
According to Mrs. Rachel, this will help in reducing the suffering and unnecessary Child trafficking for the needy kids.
She notes that love for others is the nature of Africans thus Kenyans should not be afraid to practice adoption.

She further points that Kenyan homes have extra spaces that citizens should utilize through the adoption to ensure a decent life for the needy Children.
“We will not allow our children to be trafficked out of this nation. My husband tells us that in our homes we have extra bed and room that taking one child to adopt is not too much. I want to encourage Kenyans to adopt children to reduce congestion”
“My husband, our President said that our Children should not suffer and I agree with him. The nature of us Africans is to open your doors wide for other children to come to our homes. Let us not shy from inviting other children who do not have a place into our homes,”She states
Kenyans in response have pointed out at the high cost of living which some claim may be an hindrance to the encouragement.
