Manchester City Ready To Submit Bid For Declan Rice

Manchester City has entered the race to sign West Ham midfielder Declan Rice after Arsenal’s bids were rejected.
According to reports, Arsenal will make a third offer that is more in line with West Ham’s assessment of Declan Rice.
The primary transfer target, Mikel Arteta, has already been the subject of two rejected offers from the Gunners. The Hammers rejected a second offer on Tuesday that was still below their £100 million asking price after a first offer worth £80 million plus at least £10 million in add-ons was turned down last week.
Now, according to the Daily Mail, Arsenal will make a third offer and put a price on the table that is more in line with the demands of the Hammers.
Manchester City are reportedly ready to submit an offer for the English midfielder, who is poised to leave West Ham this season. Arsenal have already completed the signing of Kai Havertz, while Thomas Partey is poised to leave the club.
