Woman Behind Viral Father Bernard’s Video Opens Up

Ghanaian woman behind the viral Father Bernard video has opened up on the reason behind her jumping into the late reverend’s casket.
Comfort Baaba Basiwaa Jackson a resident of Saltpond, Central Ghana in an exclusive interview with a Ghanaian media, Kofi Tv; said Father Reverend Bernard Kofi Ackon was so dear to her.
In the viral video that not only trended in Ghana but also in Kenya, Basiwaa was captured jumping into the clergy’s casket during burial, leaving those lowering the casket in the grave shocked.
Her move to jump into the casket however raised eyebrows making people desire to know the move or motive behind her bold move to jump into the casket.
In the interview, the woman disclosed that Father Bernard was so loving and caring and that, at some point, the clergy took care of her father when he was alive.
Oftentimes, she also said that the Father’s death caused some mental instability in her when she recalls the times he used to pray for her when demons were haunting her.
” Father Bernard helped me. When I have a problem, he is the one who was my support system. He helped me navigate life after my broken heart.
” He also helped my father when he was alive. I didn’t know what came over me that day but his death had a toll on me and I did that in his memory,” she shared with Kofi TV during the interview.
When was asked about her reaction towards those reaching a time and calling her “father Bernard“; Basiwaa said it doesn’t stand well with her but hopes soon they’ll forget it.
” When they are tired, in the next six months or a year time, they will forget about the name so I’m not worried” Basiwaa shared.
