Pastor Ezekiel Released On Ksh. 1.5 Million Cash Bail
Pastor Ezekiel Odero has been released on Ksh1.5 Million cash bail or a bond of 3 million with a surety of the same
Ezekiel was however released on condition; the preacher has been barred from making public comments about the Shakahola Massacre while investigations are ongoing.
The shanzu Court has also ordered him to appear before the DCI once in a week.
“Parties will be at liberty to apply for the closure of this file once the investigations are complete,” the judge at Shanzu Law Courts.
Investigator had asked the court to allow the police to detain him for 30 days pending investigation, a prayer that was denied.
