Stealthing, is the habit of withdrawing, poking holes on a condom or removing the condom without your partner’s consent in order to get pregnant, impregnate or enjoy raw sex.

Syrian man, 28 has been accused of stealthing by a Dutch Court and fined 1,000 Euros (Ksh 141, 550) accompanied by three months of imprisonment for removing a condom on his weapon of mass penetration without his lover’s consent.

According to AFP report, the Syrian man and his Dutch woman agreed to have protected sex but on the process, the man broke the agreement and had it raw.

After the act, AFP reports the woman was left heartbroken and during WhatsApp conversation, the suspect told his lover ‘it will be fine’ as a way of calming down her down.

However, following the break up of the protected sex agreement, the Dutch woman filed a case accusing her Syrian man of stealthing.

By his actions, the suspect forced the victim to tolerate having unprotected sex with him.

In doing so, he restricted her personal freedom and abused the trust she had placed in him” the court statement read in part.

The Dutch Court in the Dordrecht District in Netherlands acquitted the man of rape charges but during analysis, the charges reduced to stealthing because none coerced the other as the two agreed to have intercourse.

In Netherlands’ history, law courts have never filed a case of stealthing until the unidentified Syrian man was involved, breaking the history of Netherlands’ court of laws in solving stealthing cases.
