KNH Successfully Separate Conjoined Four-Month-Old Twins
Kenya’s largest referral hospital, Kenyatta National Hospital (KNH) has announced that it carried out a successful surgery to separate a set of four-month-old conjoined twin brothers on Sunday Feb 5th 2023.
In a statement on Monday, KNH Said the 15-hour procedure was carried out without any major complications.
‘’A dedicated team of surgeons separated the pair during a 15 hour delicate procedure, without any major complications. The twins are in stable condition within the hospital’s intensive care unit” reads KNH statement
