Twitter Faces Lawsuits Over Unpaid Rent

The Crown Estate managing properties belonging to monarchy has filed a case to sue Twitter over unpaid rent for its headquarter, in London.
The estate has claimed Twitter hasn’t paid rent for a while and also, has removed it’s identity and logos on one of its offices in London.
Elon Musk who owns Twitter, recently laid off thousands of employees with a claim of cutting cost.
As reported by The Daily Telegram, Twitter had signed a £2.6m, a year lease for its third floor, but the indifference relates to rent arrears on the first floor in the same building.
However, Twitter has not yet responded to filed lawsuit on Monday over unpaid rent to its UK based headquarter.
Early this month, a court in California mentioned a case filed by a landlord over its San Francisco headquarters.
In a filed case, Twitter was allegedly accused of unpaid rent of its offices. The landlord in a filed lawsuit claimed, the company owed $136,260 (£110,073).
