Mbosso Reportedly Set to Leave Diamond Platnumz’s Music Label
Mbosso Khan, a Bongo Flava artiste signed under WCB- Wasafi, Diamond Platnumz’s music label has been reported to be on the way to exiting the label.
Baba Levo, an entertainment commentator at Wasafi FM shared the information stating that Mbosso was leaving the music label under amicable talk.
He explained that, unlike other former artists like Harmonize, Rayvanny, and Alikiba, Mbosso would not pay or be charged any amount to leave the music label.

Baba Levo said Mbosso was released from the label to start individual music work because of his loyalty to the label and respect for the bosses.
Baba Levo added that there were some possibilities for Diamond Platnumz to sign nine more artists under the label before the year 2025 ends.
“Kutokana na heshima kubwa kwa Diamond Platnumz na kwa viongozi wa WCB, Lukuga amemfungulia milango Mbosso ajitafutie mwenyewe bila kulipa chochote WCB na Kuna uwezekano wakasainiwa wasanii wapya Tisa 2025.” Baba Levo revealed.

In 2020, Mbosso’s manager, Sandra Brown, was reported to have quit WCB over poor payment and mistreatment. However, the singer dismissed the rumours and said his manager was just assigned new responsibilities in another department under the label.
“She was moved to another department and that’s all really. For my new manager, I can’t really get into that. When the time is right the responsible body will make the announcement,” the Hodari hitmaker said.
Mbosso’s reported exit comes after the exit of Harmonize, Rayvanny and Alikiba almost five years down the line. The artiste had served WCB- Wasafi for over six years since he was signed by Diamond Platnumz.
