Sarah Mtalii Says Kabu’s Height Made Her Get Married to Him
Sarah Mtalii has shared her marriage struggles deeply, a month after split with Bonfire Adventures CEO Simon Kabu.
In an exclusive talk with Dr Ofweneke; the entrepreneur revealed that her early life with Simon Kabu was good until she discovered he was a narcissist.
Sarah Mtalii said her estranged husband, Simon Kabu, had four baby mamas and that the reason she stayed long in their marriage after an emotional split was because of business.

“I stayed there because the business was thriving though, sometimes I was forced to go for holidays, yet we slept in different rooms, but during the day, kila mtu alikuwa shughuli zake,” she revealed.
She stated that she emotionally split with her estranged husband in 2022 but she was hurt when she discovered Kabu had registered most of the business shares under his daughter’s name.
“I left the marriage early, but just hunged there. I left the marriage in early 2022 but physical separation happened in late 2024,” Mtalii disclosed.

Further, Mtalii revealed that she married Kabu because of his height. She claimed the love she wished to have; she believed that it existed in short men.
“I hear people say Kenyans should be stopped from marrying short men. I realized my ex was also short but I felt that since he was short, not many girls would want him.
” I was one of those people who didn’t care about handsomeness as long as my lover was full of love, available for me, and didn’t have a chain of women.

“So, I knew I would get a man who was just there for me and nothing else. And because of this reasoning, I believed that such a kind of love would only be found in short men.” Mtalii narrated.
She also explained that the lady she almost assaulted in a viral video was Kabu’s house manager and she expressed the habit of bringing men into the house where the children slept. In her view, she was not pleased with her behaviours.
