Kush Tracey Celebrates Two Years of Sobriety from Marijuana, Cigarette Use
Teresia Wambua, popularly known as Kush Tracey celebrated two years of sobriety from the use of healthy- unfriendly drugs.
Kush Tracey, a former secular artiste shared that in her active eras of abusing Marijuana, among other drugs, her life nearly headed in the wrong direction.

The Huwezi Ni Dandia hitmaker revealed that when she quit drugs and the abuse of expensive liquor, the recovery process was not a walk in the park. She admitted that it was difficult, and there were several scenarios in which she attempted to continue with her life of abusing drugs.
“If you were dependent on any substance to relax or give you a sense of freedom(forget your stressors) when the going gets tough, your mind is wired to default to what it has known and what it’s used to, but to get over the cravings of the substance you have to develop new coping mechanisms & adopt new mental models🤯” Kush shared.
Further, the reformed artiste shared that change starts with oneself by avoiding places where the substances are sold and things that make him/her feel the urge to abuse them.

“Nothing changes if nothing changes…Be careful not to put up camp in spaces or with people who are your enablers this will make staying on track harder if you are always around the temptation.” Tracey advised.
