DTB, IRCK Treats Muslims In An Annual Interfaith Iftar Dinner

IRCK notes its appreciation for cultural and faith diversity in their attempt to pull different Faith Communities for a common action

Diamond Trust Bank (DTB) in collaboration with the Inter-religious Council of Kenya (IRCK), organized an Iftar dinner at Serena Hotel on Thursday, 4th April, 2024.

The Iftar event provided a platform for the Bank to engage with its customers, particularly those from the Muslim community, and other stakeholders.

Hosted by Ms. Nassin Devji, CEO of DTB Bank, and Dr. Faridun S. Abdalla CBS, OGW, HSC, Acting Chairman of IRCK, the dinner showcased the Bank’s dedication to nurturing relationships with its clients.

The Bank further made known its regard for cultural and religious practices and diversities of its customers and stakeholders aligning with its broader commitment to fostering inclusivity, diversity, and strengthening community relationships.

“The event was a celebration to showcase the spirit of Ramadan with compassion, peaceful coexistence and Inter-faith harmony,” Ms. Nassin Devji, CEO of DTB Bank said in her speech

“At DTB, we’re committed to fostering interfaith harmony and promoting pluralism because we believe that together, we’re stronger,” the bank emphasized on its X account

IRCK on the other hand also notes its appreciation for cultural and faith diversity in their attempt to pull different Faith Communities for a common action.
