The fame and money are something that most artists crave but not all usually get lucky enough to enjoy the same.
However, there are a few artists who get the chance to dance with lady luck and blow up to not only become famous but also richer while chasing the music dream.

Ohangla maestro Musa Jakadala is among the few Kenyan musicians whose gods smiled at them, making stars and millionaires while at it.
The musician recently narrated how his hit song Hera Remo gave his life a 360 flip for the best.
Speaking to Oga Obinna on his YouTube show, Jakadala disclosed that his life changed in 2016 following the ‘explosion’ of his song Hera Remo.
“Things changed in 2016 when I dropped Hera Remo. That song blew up and things were never the same ever since.“ He disclosed.
According to Musa Jakadala, Hera Remo was a total success, and it was through it that he managed to make a lot of money.
“We released over six songs before Hera Remo and did not do that good but they tried, But when we released Hera Remo, that was it. Hera Remo album took like 8 months before we released it. But when the song dropped, my friend, it blew up. Everything changed after the official launch of Hera Remo. My life changed in one week. I made over KSh 1 million bob in just a week thanks to Hera Remo.” Musa revealed.

The musician disclosed that he travelled to his village after the success of Hera Remo and changed the lives of his parents.
Jakadala said that he built his parents a house with proceeds from Hera Remo.
“The event was on Saturday and on Monday I was in the village. I decided to go home to build a house for my mothers with the first big money I made from music. I then came back to Nairobi to buy my car.” He added.

The artiste has been commanding respect in the industry and making a name for himself while at it.
