Former AFC Leopards captain Martin Imbalambala lost his eyesight 5 years ago.
Speaking exclusively to Mideyah Digital Media, the legendary footballer opened up about his social life.
He confirms having a wife and 3 kids with his last-born son being Darren, born in 2020.
Martin says he has never seen his son Darren, “People tell me we look alike, but I have never seen his face and I do believe that he is the Imbalambala Junior”.
Martin had high praises for his wife Jackline labelling her ‘God sent’ saying she stood with him since he lost his eyesight.
“You see my wife, I always say God sent her to me. After I lost my sight, she was the one left encouraging me together with my few friends and relatives.”
“A woman who can accept siring another kid with a person who’s with my condition are rare to find”
Martin said while referring to their lastborn son Darren who was born in 2020 two years after he became blind.
