Home » Arsenal Midfielder Targeted By Saudi Arabia Clubs

Arsenal midfielder Thomas Partey is on his way out of the Emirates Stadium.

The Gunners paid £42.5 million to move him from Atletico Madrid to the Emirates three years ago, but his first two seasons in north London were derailed by injuries and inconsistent play.

When Mikel Arteta’s team found themselves leading the Premier League by five points in April of last season, the Ghanaian international appeared to be finally finding his footing. He played at a high level for the first two-thirds of the season.

However, the 30-year-old’s performance drastically declined before Jorginho eventually took his place in Arteta’s starting XI. Since then, there has been a lot of conjecture about his future at the Emirates Stadium, and this summer, he is reportedly the subject of interest from numerous Saudi Arabian clubs.

Saudi Arabian clubs are reportedly willing to offer him a contract, but they are reportedly facing a burden due to Arsenal’s asking price for the Ghana midfielder.

Arsenal have already completed the signing of Kai Havertz from Chelsea, and they are interested in Declan Rice and Lavia from Southampton.
