Tiktoker Arrested After Sharing Video Of Himself In A Lodge With Teenager

Police have confirmed the arrest of a Ugandan Tiktoker who went viral for sexually abusing a teenager and recording it on the social media platform.
Ngoma Joseph in various videos was seen kissing the school going teenager in a lodge in Mubende District, forcing police to order for his arrest.
A day later after the video went viral; the suspect faked his death only to be scooped from a hideout in Kitintale, Kampala as confirmed by Uganda police spokesperson Enanga Fred.
According to the police report, Ngoma ferried his victim on his motorcycle on the 4th of May, 2023 but on the way, he pretended to be picking his belongings from his home, diverting from the journey.
They reportedly rode for approximately 100 meters along Mubende Madudu road stopping by this particular lodge.
The suspect is said to have coerced the victim into entering into one of the rooms with an excuse of helping him to carry the said.
“The victim was forcefully dragged into the lodge where the suspect recorded her inside, calling her his wife. He went on and defiled the victim and told her to go back home,” Enanga stated.
Four days later, Ngoma shared the video on tiktok starting up a debate among internet users who called for his arrest. The victim’s mother reported the matter to Mubende Police after citing the video.
The victim whose identity was kept anonymous was called in to record a statement that helped track and arrest the suspect.
Enanga further revealed that the lodge attendants have also been put behind bars for enabling defilement.
